At Piercd, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Because we specialize in body jewelry and piercing products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Jewelry Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, all earrings, flatback jewelry, and piercing jewelry are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items, even if they are unopened or unused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Aftercare Products & Accessories

We accept returns of unused, unopened aftercare products and non-jewelry accessories within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused and unopened.
Original packaging and seals must be intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Piercing Services

Piercing services are nonrefundable once performed.

Healing times and outcomes vary by individual. If you have concerns following your piercing appointment, please contact our team for guidance.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error on our part.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Piercd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist in reviewing the situation.
